My Story
My journey into biomechanics started with ongoing pain and frustration and a search for answers that worked.
Chasing Strength While Developing Dysfunction
For years, I built muscle and strength through conventional training. While I got stronger, my body showed clear signs of dysfunction; ongoing pain, poor posture, and recurring injuries that never fully resolved.
Searching for Lasting Solutions
Like many dealing with ongoing issues, I tried different approaches. They sometimes helped short term, but never addressed the root cause, so the same problems kept coming back.
Discovering Functional Patterns
In 2017, I discovered Functional Patterns — a system focused on restoring natural human biomechanics and addressing the root cause of pain.
โ
This completely changed how I understood movement. Instead of chasing symptoms, the focus shifted to correcting the underlying issues driving dysfunction.โ
Restoring Function and Performance
As my body adapted, everything began working more effectively as a system. Pain reduced, posture improved, and movement felt more natural and effortless.
Helping Others Achieve the Same
I went on to complete the Functional Patterns Human Foundations and HBS courses, becoming a Human Biomechanics Specialist.
โ
Today, I help clients identify the root cause of pain, correct movement imbalances and rebuild efficient movement patterns through targeted corrective exercises.

Why I Do This Work
From My Own Experience
My own experience with pain and dysfunction pushed me to look deeper and find long-term solutions that address the root cause.
Helping People Understand
I love to help people understand what's happening in their body, so they can take control, and make real, lasting change.
Seeing Real Change
The most rewarding part of this work is seeing people get out of pain, move better, and regain confidence in their body.
Who I Work With
I work with a range of people, but they all have one thing in common — they want to move better, understand their body, and create lasting change.
People in Pain
Suffering with ongoing pain, stiffness, or recurring issues that don't fully resolve. I help identify what's driving the problem so it can be addressed properly, not just managed.
Everyday Adults
Experiencing posture issues, tightness, or movement limitations from work and daily life. I help improve movement mechanics, so the body moves and feels better day to day.
Active People
Looking to improve movement efficiency, reduce injury risk, and perform at a higher level. Training focuses on building a body that moves well, not just one that works hard.
Older Adults
Wanting to improve mobility, stability, and confidence while reducing pain and staying independent. I focus on keeping the body moving strong, and capable as you age.
Children & Youth
Looking to build movement patterns, coordination and strong foundations early. I help build better movement habits that support long-term health and performance
No matter where you're starting from, the process begins with understanding how your body currently moves and what needs to change.
